Foreign minister Bildt said feb 21 that he was "extremely concerned".

He has not said anything more.

The shame of being Swedish - or rather represented by foreign minister Bildt, who believes that we should be neutral while a dictator firing on his own people. While others indignantly rejects the culprit:  Catherine Ashton on behalf of the European Union on Libya.
