Conservative rampage against democracy/ Ack dessa moderater i regeringen

painting insted of poems (Clic to enlarge)

Diary in English and Swedish (to meet my foreign followers)
I am not anymore surprised by the Conservatives rampage. Now they want to preview public service. It does not feel fresh at all.
It bothers me because I want to write my own material. I want to produce art.

Edit 20101218:

The Government wants to see the virgin programs in radio and television before the broadcast. They say they want it becaus public service is not allowed to compete with commercial radio and television.
But, what if they find a new program is displeasure against them? Is it not very easy for them to say, "This program competes in an improper way against commersial radio and television?"

Then we have censorship.
No freedom.
___
Obviously I can continue to paint and write, but I feel I must add considerable time to get involved politically. I no longer trust our government.

Dagbok:
Förvånas inte längre över moderaternas regeringens framfart. Förhandsgranskning av nya programtjänster i public service känns inte helt fräscht. (DN)
Det besvärar mig eftersom jag vill skriva mitt eget material. jag vill producera konst.

I'm not surprised, I'm scared. It's everywhere.
What do you mean by "they want to preview public service"?
Why can't you write your own material?
I liked the "poem". :)

OMG!
Are you serious? This is the most drastic measure I heard in years.
Of course the media is being manipulated everywhere but they do it in a very "democratic" way.
They make us believe we have freedom of speech but only inform what they want.
But like this?
You know I'm Brazilian, don't you? So reading it reminds me more the dictatorship regimen we lived till 1985.
Clear censorship like that in Sweden?
It makes no sense for me.
But many things make no sense to me lately.
I will read more about Sweden. Did you know that we think that everything is perfect in your country?
:)

yes, it is dramatic, but the most frightening thing is that nobody cears. Everybode still believe we live in the worlds most perfect country!

Sweden have been remarcable good in so many ways. The conservatives have now won to elections in a row and are destroying everything in a very hurry.
The Sad thing is that the socialdemocratic party, who had done som much good are moving tovards the same side as the conservatives.

And yes, I know you are Brazilian, saw that at your blog!

People are apathetic everywhere. This is one of the most strange periods. We cannot even complain any more.
I've been talking to people in US and France and they tell me the same: individualism everywhere and things going back.
In US they lost some of the civil liberties they had conquered...
France that in the 60ies and 70ies had many thinkers and had a huge influence became Sarkozy's paradise.
Hard times.
Governments and people are totally dissociated.
I'm sorry for what is happening in your country.

Strange period indid. Sarkozy in France and Berlusconi in Italy...

It's still better in Sweden than in many other countrys in Europe and worldwide, but we are rapidly moving tovards something that scares me.

There are some movements trying to do something like the Zeitgeist movement. When I'm optimistic I think that all of us who are concerned will finally find a way to express ourselves and find new ways to stop it all.
Something must happen. One day or another it will.
